Best turbo for a vitara build?

Best turbo for a vitara build?
This is a question for the D series guys
I'm doing a vitara build in my Y8 and am wondering what you would suggest as the best overall turbo configuration like comp/ex size, trim and bearing system. My goal is 300-400 to the wheels after tune. Most likely tuned with hondata s200 or s300
This is the set-up mostly from FJ distributors
First- full rebuild with gaskets and bearings,
nitride the block and crank (no over bore)
fill the top half of the waterjacket with liquid aluminum (check out D-series.org for details, pretty cool)
Vitaras and forged I-beams from FJ
Stock Y8 head with port and polish
Possibly a turbo cam from FJ or other reputable online shop?
I'm undecited between buying a regular cast "log" manifold or going with a top mount. For no real reason than it looks ****in cool. Lol
One catch is that I want to be able to still drop in a totally stock Y8 I have for if/when this motor setup fails.... Which is why the decision was made to go D-series in the first place.
Sorry for the long write-up, any advice would be greatly appreciated! I'm new to turbo tech.

Re: Best turbo for a vitara build?
I've been looking at garrett since dual ball bearing is enticing, but why do you suggest that setup?
The three I'd been interested in were:
Garrett GT35R
Holset HX35
Precision T3/T4 hybrid or some sort
What in these general areas would work the best for a 3-400 Whp DD
(And why, please )

I have an ebay T3/T04E .63 AR and it runs good. I've had it a while and its fine. It spools @ 4k. I made about 270WHP on ~13.5PSI on my Built D. Vitara, Y8 Block, Scat H Beams, Z6 head some random mild cam that i dont know what it is.
