the tire size goes by what size of wheel you run, has nothing to do with it being lowered

The "correct" tire size would be 195/50 R15... The goal is to keep the same overall diameter as the stock wheel/tire setup... So more rim = less tire...

So it sounds like you're already running taller tires than stock, if you're running 60s. Your speedometer is probably off too because of that.

You should be running 50s. They're the stock tire size, and being shorter, will rub less. The 60s should have a total diameter of 19.61", while the 50s should have a total diameter of 18.84". Your tires are 0.77" taller than stock, and that's why they rub.

sometimes you cant run away from rubbing your rear tires but your only dropped 2 inches so you should get the stock size tires

i agree 100% with both of these people^^ i learned it in my auto tech class that you should always try to keep the same OUTSIDE DIAMETER as the original to maintain the proper suspension and steering.. your best bet is to roll your fenders so that you wont rub once everything is close to factory spec.. fender rolling isnt that much and isnt that hard to do just make sure that whoever rolls them does it right and uses a heat gun so that the paint wont crack.. if your dropping your car i recommend(this is optional some people dont like but i prefer it because i hated going through tires all the time) that you get a camber kit its a great investment and in the long run it saves you alot of money on tires

heres an picture of how to determine tire size while keeping near the same OUTSIDE DIAMETER
