best springs for eg?
i really dont want coilovers i really just want a set of really good quality springs. my car is not going to be a show car. i am going for the jdm style. i currently have a jdm b18c setup and a gsr 4 disc conversion. but my car is sitting really high and i want to bring it down to a good looking height. i dont want it slammed i just want to look good. im not too concerned with the best ride quality because i know that when u lower a car you are going to sacrifice some quality. can anyone recomend a good spring setup for the jdm look im going for?? thanx guys for any help

hah, jdm look springs, hmm.. naw j/k
i have nuespeed sprts and like them alot. its a little less than 2" with gsr wheels it got rid of all the wheel gap and still rides pretty well considering i have stock shocks still. if you have the money i would go ahead and replace the shocks with some tokico blues, kyb agx, or some koni's.

whats the "JDM look"?
anyway..you should rephrase the question to "what suspension setup does everyone have; and what are the pros/cons of them" because the best springs are different for different people...
so if I answered that question:
I have Eibach ProKit springs and KYB GR2 shocks on my 92 hatchback.
I got it used from a friend for a good deal. I like the drop (1.3") - i don't need a camber kit.
I can't really tell the difference in ride quality from stock - meaning its a good ride quality - I didn't have to sacrifice much, although people who ride my car say they can tell that its harsher.
I kinda wish it was a bit lower, but at the same time i don't..cuz i still scrape on speedbumps (even when I'm the only person in the car)...hope this helps.

I have Eibach drag launch, I like them alot. The car sits pretty low, but not slammed. the ride is alright, but if I wanted a nice ride I would have left it stock.
