Hey kinda a noob question but im changing my plugs on my delsol it has a D16z6 engine all stock and i wanna know whats the best spark plugs and wires for it. I heard bosch are terrible but ngk are the best if so which ones? I dont know if this is true but i wanna get it done this weekend so someone please help. Also wanna know where to get them whichever is the best for it.

NGK are good. Don't go spending more than $2.40 per plug. Also, OEM are the best wires you can buy. How ever NGK blue wires are good too and can be found for around $40-50 which is cheaper than OEM.

Don't go try and save a few bucks by buying kits online or on ebay unless its from a very reputable site, they're generally not worth it, or are rife with knock offs.

and i'm happy with em, had em about 4 yrs and no prob

NGK plugs and wires. I just bought some plugs through Rock-Auto on wholesale closeout for $1.12 a plug, normally $1.85 each. Keep in mind they take about a week to ship from east to west coast.

Do the current spark plug wires have poor spark or misfire? If not, you probably won't notice much difference between new and old.

The engine idles real low and gets not that good mpg so im doing the plugs and wires to see if it helps at all. The car has like 156,xxx on and were probably only changed once or twiceso might as well get it done now that ive got the car.
