Best Shocks for 95 civic hatch with H&R Sport Springs and a Swap on the way
Ok well I got a little spare change laying around and I want some shocks for the front of my civic hatch. Cause right now we just put the rear springs on my car and were going to do the rears when we have time. I have H&R sport springs on the back right now and stocks on the front. Bust I dont' drive my car so it doesn't matter. Anyways I'm thinking about maybe putting some adjustable shocks just in the front. Casue I don't really need then in the rear right now. So i'm wondering what are the best adjustable shocks for the price? Where can I get some. Like Tokico or Koni???? I want adjustable cause i will be getting a swap soon and I want to be able to adjust the ride and how I launch.

KYB AGXs are adjustable and much cheaper than Koni Yellows. I think Koni yellows can handle more of a drop though...the KYBs warranty expires after more than a 1.5 inch drop...I think..I'm not sure though.

Bilsteins. Get them from Neuspeed. Adjustability is over rated.
Your car will handle like a go-kart with Bilsteins and you'll still have a comfy ride.
The Germans know shocks.

I only have experience with these two and I'll say that the Koni's are by far the winners IMO.
KONI yellows
Toikco illuminas
As long as your changing out the front struts, you're planning on changing the spring also, correct?

Quality shocks are the best modification you can make to your car. What good is speed without control?
With Bilstiens you can make 85 mph emergency lane changes and your care will just hang, w/ stocks your car will dip and rock to the side and you'll kill yourself.

If you have the extra cash, Koni yellows, hands down.. For a value KYBs.. I'd spend the extra and get the Koni yellows.. Good luck..
