Default best set up for lowering a 04 civic??

I am planning to lower my civic and I have two options 1st is skunk 2 coilovers and koni yellow shocks (@ $800) this was the way that I originally planed to go. However I have recently came across a tein s damper kit that is barely used that I could get for @ $750 I know tein has a great name and this is a great deal, but how well will they work for my car?? The skunk 2 koni yellow is said to be one of the best set ups for civics
does anyone have an opinion from past experiance or common knowledge??

Yup, GC/Koni set-up. I will take that setup over the teins anyday.
