Best Rods?
I am having my D16Z6 block bored, .020 over. Adding a greddy turbo kit. SRP 9.0:1 pistons, and wondering which rods to go with...
For those of you epirenced with buildups, which rods do you like?
Crower Econo H-beams, Eagle H-beams, or something else?
And anyone know the strength difference over stock rods?

Re: Best Rods? (Wildcatt88)
it's true that everyone uses eagles..... but i believe the crower rods are stronger, though more expensive and overkill for most applications.

Wow, that was really decisive...
What about bearings with new rods? Do you use the Honda bearings, don't use them or you can choose whatever bearings work...?

Re: (Wildcatt88)
ACL standard size if you dont touch the crank. meanig if you dont micro polish your crank you can use ACL standard size bearings. they are considered all green honda bearings.
