pwr or fluidyne would be the best ones i would choose. as for fans, id get a fal electric fan. what you could do is hook it up normally, OR rig up a ghetto switch so you can run it all the time..therefore your motor would be cooler. atleast thats what i would do with a fi set up.

Re: (SeanMc300)
Best as far as...? I bought a 1/2 size fluidyne for my car so I could fit turbo this winter. If I didn't want to do that, I'd get a full-sized integra radiator. Keeping the fans on the entire time is unnecessary unless you're driving through death vally in July. Fans-on-always is for the twisted DSM crowd

http://www.speedmachineracing.com/ carries PWR products.
For a B18, if you don't have A/C run a Integra radiator. If you do you could get a radiator from a automatic Civic which is double cored and maintain the stock look.
I beleive your stock fan bolts up to the PWR radiator, so you save money there.
Running with the fan on all the time in a Honda will hurt performance more than help it. Engines usually run best at 180 degress coolant temp. Honda thermo switches on Civics turn the fans on at 200 degrees.
