Best projectors?
Hey, I have a black eg hatch and was wondering what is a good place to buy projectors for it. I was looking at the black TYC 1 piece lights for it but was unsure of how it would look on the car. I've seen many cars with the "angel eyes" but was wondering where you guys buy them or what brand you get.

Don't forget to drive behind a white transport truck.

No way. White transport trucks sit up too high. My cars 1 cm off the ground and since the projection is comming from my lights I need a screen that is 3 feet off the ground and about 8 feet wide(I like widescreen). But I suppose if I turn my high beams on it'll shoot the projection up onto the back of a truck.

BTW I SAID PROJECTORS FOR AN EG HATCH!</TD></TR></TABLE>
Yeah, bring it to me, I can mount that **** out the back of your hatch, back up to a wall and BAM! Instant date at the drive in! Not to mention you got a tailgate to sit on! Just sit to the left or right so you don't block the beam, and you can also pretend to be a part of the Mystery Science Theatre 3000! I'm not nice.

Yea I would really like it if someone answered my question. Or had some pics of the TYC headlights I described in my first post. I already searched and saw some chromes ones but I was looking for the black housing ones.

Re: (pbcdb)
lmao you guys burnt this thread to the ground.
I have denji black housings(for the intentions of installing hid's) and I feel with them its luck of the draw as far as how the beam pattern is on them. I've seen some that lit up like utter crap ad somehad a pretty sharp cutoff. Regardless the h3's in the lowbeam are pretty sucky and i would only get them if you plan on doing an hid conversion.
The quality of the lights themselves is great, they fit well, and no leaks.

For a HID conversion would there still be high beams? I read on one site that the high beams would be lost for that particular kit, or is it like that for all conversions?

Re: (TorganFM)
Im just going to do a retro fit for the low beam projector using s2k, audi, or bmw projectors most likely. Not sure about the highbeam since I haven't done it yet.

modification would be required, but its possible to do and its been done. There was a thread a few days ago on it but I dont have time to look for the link at the moment.

Re: (AztecEJ)
here's the link to the EG retrofit pictures: https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=692236 but there's no write up on it.
Skafia did a write up on HID projector retrofitting, it is found here: http://www.skafia.com This should help you out man
Also if you are just interested in the stock projectors right now, then go to http://www.procarparts.com They have all the styles I think, and they have really decent prices on all that kinda riseeey stuff
