where is the cheapest place to buy a set of pistons and rods for a d16z6? i have seen a bunch of eagle rods on ebay http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...tem=1873532577 would these be good? is that a good price? if i got those could i just get any d16z6 pistons or do i have to match em somehow?

What horsepower goal do you have?

If it is only 200 WHP then you can use LS rods that have been shot peened. And save yourself a lot of trouble.

well i ultimately have no set goal but 200 WHP is less than i predict, i would say 500 would be MAX, but i would probibly get to around 350 with a turbo and some spray. oh and thanks for that info i didn't know that.
