My battery on my 96 honda civic ex is messing up, its not staying charged. Wheres the best place to grab a cheap yet good battery?

go on firestone website and find a local dealer. Print out the online price and take it in. The online price is way cheaper than the store price and it is usually lower than any other place around. It ends up being around 50 bucks. And its interstate batteries as well.

damn i didn't even know about this one. that's a hell of a deal.

however, the warranty on the battery is only 18 months. most of the batteries at O'Reilly and other auto parts distributers are 2-3 yrs free replacement and 72-84 month pro-rated. 65 month only on the Interstate.

My interstate battery was over 3 yrs and interstate still gave me pro-rate.

I think just over $100 you can get a yellow top off amazon.

did you have it tested? check your ground and have your alternator tested also
