like everyone else start off with simple mods. intake exhaust. full catback exhaust.
dont go bigger than 2.5 becuause it will be worthless. 4 bangers need back pressure. then work on your stance get some lowering springs. and if u want, buy some shocks. how much power do u want?? a nice small turbo will help build low end tq. then u would have to upgrade your fuel. remember an engine needs fuel and air to create power. the more u push into a cylinder the better the combustion. this creates tq. better yet read this http://auto.howstuffworks.com/engine.htm

well i also already have eiback proline lowering springs 1.75 inch lower and tokico illumina struts, but would it be worth the intake because i might "eventually" get a turbo, and it would be a waste of money, ohh and i would like to run 14's by the end or better

Re: Best mods for 94 civic si (HXvtec)
short ram intake or cold air/water intake , i have seen some bad things with cold air intakes, such as water shooting out of the top of the cylinder, and i am ordering headers as we speak and mind i have the d16 in my car no b16 or b18

of course BOLT ONS... bolt on turbo kit, bolt on b16, bolt on supercharger....etc.etc.
seriously, i/h/e should be prioritzed... since you have a lil suspension done, decide wether you want to go with the d- or b-series... i like my d-... it'll go far places if you treat it right
