Would be significantly worse than OEM. The headlights are designed to send a beam higher and further to the left (to illuminate signs and roadside hazards). JDM and UKDM headlights have this switched, so it blinds oncoming traffic, and provided inadequate lighting to the roadside.

It's not as noticeable on 92-95's because they have fluted lenses. They look like a fist-full of glare anyways.

Actually, I don't care if it's JDM or not...
Those were the only eBay ones I found that seemed of interest to me at all.

And if I wanted "JDM" don't you think I'd be getting the real ones?

If your stockers work fine and you want black housings just bake them.

1 back
2 prep
3 paint
4 bake again
5 put back together and run a bead of silicone to ensure a good seal.

/DIY black housings.

If you are baller and you can afford the REAL DEAL CTR stuff... go ahead.

If you are broke like myself, do the DIY CTR headlights. Which reminds me, I need to go do mine haha.

This is off-topic but, does anyone know off-hand what the brand/part # of the amber turn signal bulbs for 96-98 headlights are? I remember coming across it one day, but I forgot to write it down. It's so you can remove those ugly looking huge bulb cover thingies and replace them with just regular amber bulbs. Thanks.

Just buy some amber 1197 bulbs online or from an autoparts store.

I'm a lazy masker. 99-00 you have to mask off the turn signal reflector. I.e. Work.
