Default Best header for cheap?

Anybody know the best cheapest header for a 96 ex d16y8>?

my obx cracked and is shitty, need a durable replacement, other than the cast iorn that cracks. thanks

alot of ppl have dc's. OR you can slap on ur stock manifold and save for a swap

or just buy a used one off of someone for cheap. that what i did. got a perfectly good GReddy header for less then a $100. spent 2 hours sanding and polishing, and looks better then new.

used dc is the way to go. i bought one for my old coupe 4 like 40 bucks. it was great tell i wanted to make real horse power,so i bought a gsr.

guys i havent be able to find ANY DC headers for under 200 bucks!

99-00 civic ex header is actually pretty decent, performance wise.

I'm happy with my DC sports header over the header that came with my 00 EX.

"This is the factory original header off a 2000 Acura EL 1.6. It uses an unsequential pairing of the primaries like many of the aftermarket headers seen above and the merges look to be longer and smoother than most factory D-series headers. The primaries are longer and have a larger diameter than the cast 4-2 portion on a D16Z6 header, which should add midrange output. The secondaries are also larger diameter than on the D16Z6. This header would appear to offer a good OE low cost upgrade over earlier stock D-series headers and with a little modification could potentially perform just as well as many of the more expensive aftermarket 4-2-1 two-piece headers listed above. Food for thought!"
