Basicly it's a resistor you put in the air temp or coolant temp sensor plug in so the car thinks it's colder. It doesn't work. Please don't buy it... or attempt something like this...

Anways, here's my favorite part:
"This will release the potential of your engine by tweaking the fuel to air ratio to its perfection thus causing a richer fuel mixture."
So you get a perfect a/f mixture by running ur car super rich? WWWWWWWooordd I wish my cars would run perfect when I ran 'em super rich, not to mention not waste gas...
