Default Best ECU?

I'm LS swapping my 92 VX hatch. I was wondering what would be the best ECU? obd1 P75 or obd1 PR4? I'm not sure what LS I'm gonna use(a1 or b1). Figured I'd buy the hard parts first like the mounts, shift linkage, and tranny before the motor and ECU. I got a sweet deal on the mounts(fronts and back with the rear bracket), shift linkage, and a 94 steel double bend shifter for $60.

I was also wondering how to change the o2 sensor. The VX comes with a 5 wire and I think the other ecu's have 4 wire o2 sensors. I've heard something about using a prelude clip...can I use the clip off of a 94 Integra?

Any help will be greatly appreciated!

If it's a B1 = P75 or A1 = PR4
