Best/Easiest Suspension Mod for 98 civic 4 door?
My friend is lending his car to me for a month and I wanted to do a nice upgrade for him while he is gone.
I have a 91 Integra lowered on tien's with adjustable camber kits, ST sway bars, F7 lca's, rear tie bar, rear strut, front tie bar, front strut bar. It handles and is a ton of fun, but I wouldn't know where to begin on a bone stock 98 civic.
I think Front and Rear Suspension Technique sway bars would be the best, what do you guys think? I'm not touching his struts/shocks.

are you sure he would WANT you doing this to his car without you asking(just saying). If that's not an issue give it a drop(via springs/shocks) no need for LCA's,Tie bars it's just bling. Bushings is a better upgrade over those i wouldn't go putting an aftermarket sway bar on a stock 4dr civic. f/r strut bar would help plus it's relativly cheap.

:puts popcorn in the microwave:
Coilovers would be a good place to start.
I would NEVER buy something for someone elses car without approval first.

Yes I have his approval.
He always mentions to me if there is something I can upgrade to increase the handling of his car. Believe me, he will be stoked if I do anything.
Again, I don't want to do coilovers or lower his ride cause that is too much work.

Sorry guys, I'm unfamiliar with the 98 civic set-up.
98civdx - What do you mean just go with OEM anti-sway bar? Are you saying there is an optional anti-sway bar for the 98 civic that I can buy? It's an 98 civic ex fyi.
I'm thinking of going with Suspension Technique anti-sway bars because I am familiar with them and they have worked very well in the past.

Strut tower bars all around would stiffen it up a little bit. Engine bay, trunk, and the bottom rear of the car are where they go, also I think another one but cant remember where.

Front SI swaybar but you will need the SI lower control arm and Integra LS/GS/GSR rear sway bar. I think EX comes with front sway bar. You can go ITR but you will need a frame brace which cost more money.

or... you have seized Trailing arm bolts and then it can take a whole day just to get that out and then you need new bushings but easier to replace the whole LCA lol. There is always the small stupid problems you run into so I would plan a whole weekend if you're gonna bust out a suspension project.

Yes there is
you can go with a OEM 99-00 SI, that's 13mm, 94-01 integra that's 14mm, or ITR/CTR that's 22mm. 22mm would require a subframe brace though.
