i have a exed stage 1 in my eg w/ b16 and it is nice. has a decently stiff push but grabs the gears like a monster. great OEM replacement upgrade.

I've never owned a stick shift till about a few months ago (auto to manual conversion) and only have ever used a exedy stage 1 so far. Do they grab harder than OEM or are they the same? I swore I read they were the same.

I did an ACT clutch with Fidanza flywheel a couple of years back. Grabs nice and revs fast. Only downside is how heavy the clutch gets. Traffic jams suck beyond comprehension.

exedy stage 1 is a great upgrade from OEM. It grabs alot more and give you a better feel!

There's NO, "best" clutch.

Get one for your application.

Exedy stage 1 organic with a lightweight fidanza is a great mild street setup.
