Default Best/cheapest place to buy 99-00 clear/red civic taillights

I want some red/clear taillights for my 98 civic ex coupe.

I went to a honda dealer and they cost about 350 there. I was hoping to get them cheaper then that.

to my understanding the half red half clear taillights come on all 99-00 models and will fit my 98 is this right?

:: besides ebay::

I got my red/clears off ebay for $85 shipped new. They're aftermarket but you can't even tell unless u really scrutinize them. No leaks either.

People sell em all the time for a 100. Thats what they go for. Try HT Classifieds or a local one. I rather pay an extra 20 and get OEM then some aftermarket.

Ditto. But you can try egay, but if you're looking for OEM ones it says they are OEM and not OEM style or some **** like that.

http://www.autodynamic.com

go into the OEM lighting link on the left side link.

http://www.autodynamic.com/det...AS-CR

The inside section is about $130 for the pair and it's another $130 for the outer pair.

Yes they will, just make sure that you get some amber bulbs as well. It would look pretty stupid flashing white, illegal too.

I'v been looking around;
I guess 350 isnt a BAD price for the whole set(NEW).

I might just sell the euros and put in the difference to buy them new from honda?

I wouldnt do that. Yes you do get them NEW but you can still find some for WAY cheaper if you buy them used. And you wont be able to tell the difference from new ones or used ones, unless the used were cracked and chipped and crap like that. Just look around. Junk yards, H-T classifieds. Youll find some and you will be happy you saved the $250+ on the used ones.

WHOA WHOA! The 98-96 antennas go down?! Thats news to me. There are some aftermarket antennas you can get, but I dont know how they look. This site has one, http://www.locustom.com/frameset/home.htm its called "shark attack 2" or something. Its a S2000 style antenna. I thought about getting it but changed my mind.

No problem, everyone used to be new to cars, I still have MUCH to learn too. I must say you picked the right site if you want to learn. But ALWAYS REMEMBER, do a search first. ALWAYS, otherwise your responses wont be so nice. Good luck, and like I said before you can check the honda-tech classifides for those taillights, you can even try and find someone local to you so you can pick them up.

As far as I know, all the civic antenna's go down. You just have to manually do it. I might pick up a Lexus IS300 one for my friend.

As for the tails, ppl on the sites want like 200 for them and it's ridiculous. I just got a set of all clears and painted the top half red. Or you could just completely red out the orange reds or smoke it or half smoke it. Your options are plentiful.
