Oh yes.
It's a good ecu to use when you bring it in for inspection (the good ole emissions test) ... very easy to make smog friendly and no "check engine" light And not to mention that it is a decent performer in hybrids.
It's a good idea to keep it around after you get a chipped p28 or whatever.
