Default Best bulbs for 99-00 OEM Fogs?

I know they take H3, but I just wanna see what other people use. I'm using Sylvania SilverStars in my stock headlights and they're bright (atleast brighter than 4 different brands/sets I've been through in the past) so I want something nice in my fogs.

I was thinking Sylvania SilverStar's in my fog lights too. I don't want anything yellow though. I know PIAA yellow's would be one of the best options but I don't want em. I want something that's white/SLIGHT blue-ish (like Sylvania SilverStars).

Start naming

Not looking to spend that much honestly. Just want something a tad brighter than the stock bulbs.

Roads are pretty dark with a lot of woods once I get near my girlfriends area so that's why I wanna "upgrade" in a sense. Plus it bothers me that my headlights have that slight blue tint while my fogs are maintaining the slight yellow/white look.
