Depends on your needs.

Like EJ8mike stated that if it is just your daily commuter car then go to your local autoparts store and get regular brake pads.

I would suggest some ceramic brake pads they are good and minimize braking noise. (EBC brakes are decent brand)

For DD, Hawk HPS. For track, Hawk HP Plus. EBC makes good options as well - Ultimax for DD, Green or Orange for track use. Blue for "beginner" track use.

if it was a DX would the integra stuff fit it or does 96 00 civic have to have 96 00 ex/si knuckles for teh big brakes.

its a daily driver and project car making it look nice and run well
i need rotors pads and not sure what else i need
i dont really race so dont need top shelf stuff.
Just want some that will be good and last me a while.

Brembo blanks for rotors.
Hawk HPS or Wearever Platinum for pads.
