Which is Best?
I want to know which would be the most reliable and cheapest route. Ive been reading about LSVTEC for a while now but am not sure in what is involved in building a LSVTEC "THE RIGHT WAY" and how much this would cost to make about 200HP. I was also wondering if I was going to turbo the LS on stock internals with a RevHard 2c, what else would I need and how much would it cost me to run 7lbs reliably, ie: Hondadata 2b.....Lastly, do you think that it would be easier and cheaper to get an EG and swap a b18c5. Please give me your opinion and back it up with personal experience. Thanks!!

Re: Which is Best? (DownBoyDown)
There is a article in SCC that talked about a turbo LS that some girl drove. All they had to shore up the bottom end was a Golden Eagle block guard. She had the honda-data and 850cc injectors and a 3bar map sensor. She ran 11.86 on the stock injectors. Rev-Hard stage 3 exhaust manifold and T3 turbo w/ Tial 40mm waste gate. She scrounged up used parts and used a new turbo and everything else was used...it's sorta what I plan on doing with my car.

yea her name is Shamois. she is a moderator on JSpek.com
her car is what inspired me to get an LSmotor. but now i am torn between 2 different things!
WELL back to the topic: SINCE, and only SINCE, your in the Civic forum i'd say you sell your **** and buy a hatch and drop a c5 motor. But LSVTEC the right way can almost cost as much as a c5 motor.
so i say go ahead get the c5 motor and enjoy the fruits that the R comes with. especially the tranny. because even though you build the LSVTEC right, you still have to get a tranny that can deliver the power to the ground the way you dreamt about it being there. or something like that. well one to many bacardi limon mixed drinks for me, gnite guys
