Benefits of blaster external coil
Is it worth the money to get a blaster coil and msd cap? I just put new iridium plugs and wires and wondering if the blaster coil would be worthwhile also.

I'd do it after the turbo...and many more will agree. Spend your money elseware.

Provides multiple and more powerful sparks to the ignition system. On a stock engine you'll see a slight increase in gas mileage.

No. Absolutely not. Neither were those plugs.

An external coil won't provide multiple sparks, it's the job of an aftermarket CDI system to do that. If you put an external coil on a stock ignition (if you even can) IT"S COMPLETLY expletive RETARDTED
