why do some hondas have that stingy bee sound while others with just about the same stuff do not? mine sounds like bees at 5000-7000. before 5000 my car sounds deep as hell. why would the sound change drastically at this rpm? i dont mind the bee noise i just want to know what causes it. i have i/e and test pipe.

Also depends on the exhaust you are using. My Civic sound pretty deep almost all the time. But I also don't have a Pep Boys muffler welded onto the original piping.
