yes save ur money that is the only advice expect the unexpected whether it be a mount that doesnt work or belt or axel **** happens replace all ur seals belts and gaskets well maybe not head but yeah lsvtec arp rod and head bolts and get some ctr pistons heres a thread to help u out on hybrid vtecs https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=174153
