My question is what is this beaks bar for? Is it really needed or is it all for show? I seen people with full asr braces and LCA with beak bars but no Sway bars..

lower tiebars are mainly a show thing especially with a asr. the asr subframe is ment to handle the biggest rear swaybar you can throw at it by itself. even the asr is pretty much useless without a rear sway.

I agree.. I dont think asr is useless when using a rear sway bar however I think the lower tie bars are useless. I think the lower tie bar is all for show but does it really help when you already have a strong reinforcement brace over the oem one and a sway bar?

I LOOOOVE ASR w/ beaks and a swaybar. sooo sexy, thats why i have it...haha. LCAs are a plus too. Get it and enjoy it. people treat those like eye candy.

It will get you some "stiffness", but nothing to get too excited about.

asr is amazing with a sway, but just like any other tiebar when used without a swaybar.

agreed. i cant get over my asr and 24mm sway. it is a night and day difference in just daily driving it... not to mention cornering it tough.

Sorry for the 2 month old thread bump but I had a question about the beaks lower arm bars as well. Do you need the asr subframe brace to use the beaks lower arm bar? Ive heard stories of people using them without the asr and it tearing there subframe but like I said they were just stories, just thought Id ask friendly ol' honda-tech and see what you guys had to say lol
