Battery Light goes on and off
I have a bone stock '94 DX; I replaced the alternator and battery about a month ago. Everything has been fine until yesterday. When driving the battery light turns on (everything works fine), but when in neutral the battery light turns off and the dash lights go dim and the fans blow very softly. Any ideas as to what the problem may be?

I kinda had the same issue when I bought a reman alternator. I tested it and it was bad so I took it back and got a different one and the problem was gone.

I figured it was the alternator again. Did the car end up dying on you while driving and did you end up just buying a brand new alternator?
