Ok...well I took my battey to shucks the other week to get it tested and they said its no good. so i buy a brand new battery and installed it and everything works like normal. I also got my alternator tested to make sure its working 100% it is....

SO WHATS CAUSING MY BATTERY TO DRAIN?!?!?!? If i drive my car at least 3 days a week theres no problem, but when i just let me car sit a week and try to start it doesnt seem to have the juice anymore, WITH A BRAND NEW BATTERY TOO! No doors or anything is left open or on to drain it....or is theres something else that could be doing that? THANKS IN ADVANCE IF YOU CAN HELP!

Im i think your problem is parasitic draw

Your going to need a friend to help you
#1 loosen your negative cable but don't remove it.
#2 connect your multimeter to the negative cable and the other lead to the actual battery post.
#3 be sure all doors are closed and everything is off.
#4 set your multimeter to read amperage
#5 lift the cable off of the post and around the test lead (so that the test lead is inside of the cable) There is normally a small amount of amperage from the radio backup.
#6 one by one pull and replace each fuse and relay in the fuse boxes untill the excessive amperage goes away.
#7 whatever fuse makes the differance will be the circuit with the problem.

i dunno if its possible in your particular situtation but this had happen to me twice. Check the wire that runs from the + side on the battery to the starter. What happens here is on the starter its self after time the boot on the wire begins to rot and the wire will ground out on the starter casing causing you to lose all juice from the battery. Not sure if this is your problem but like i said, it happend to me twice.

I was getting hardcore parasitic draw from having a shitty aftermarket battery cable that kept coming loose, and would move up and down on the pole.

ok so far i got from this is....

CHECK FOR A DRAW & BAD GROUND WIRE FROM STARTER TO BATTERY?

ANYMORE POSSIBILITIES?

Yeah, I knew a guy who had this problem, came from the dome light grounding out...wasn't on or anything, but it just kept grounding out the battery and every day he'd be late for work - and nobody would believe him. Finally instead of firing him my dad took his car to an auto electric shop to get it checked out and they found it in like a half hour. Weird **** sometimes

your best bet is the parasidic draw test.

ok i did the draw test and i pulled all the fuses and relays and nothing seem to be the problem. the only difference in amp was the radio back up fuse i even did all the fuses under neath the steering wheel....then i took the ground wire to the starter and cleaned it and put it back on. ANY OTHER SOLUTIONS?!?!?

Check the major ground wires, such as that on the engine block, chassis, and transmisson. Check for loose bolts/nuts and clean them. If they're not grounded it could be loosing everything there.

yes i do....but i guess i gotta find the ground thats going bad or not be grounded right? am i correct....
