I left my lights on so the battery was dead. Had my friend jump me and it started fine, but I accidentally removed the positive battery cable when removing the jumper cable, so the car died. Now it will crank but it won't turn. I tried prepping the fuel lines and checked the ECU fuse. I also tried removing the positive battery cable for about 90 seconds. The battery is fully charged at 13.00 volts, I have a multimeter.

See if the battery still has 12.something volts when the key is on. x2 on checking the fuses.

I can hear the fuel pump prime, and when the priming ends I hear a distinct click. Does this mean the main relay is okay? What should I check next?

the 80a fuse you can see the wire inside, if its broke or burnt looking its probably bad.
Using the screws would be fine.
check the starter wires, make sure the solenoid signal wire didn't get bumped loose.

"reverse polarity" probably occured =pos. w/ neg. connected and vise versa w/ the neg. post when u jumped it. its all good 2 admit what u did wrong as it only helps us to help u out. ha ha and yeah inspect ur battery fuse which is located in ur uder-hood fuse box 80amp fuse screwed down w/ 2 philips screws either look at the visible strip or take it out since u have a multimeter and measure resistance (ohms) any reading means its not blown but no reading means open circuit/blown. hopes this helps...
