what is the best way to reduce and or eliminate battery corrosion?

Dialectric grease on your battery post works. You can also try those felt donuts (green and red ones) as well...

1. Remove your battery, and everything you want to get corrosion off of and lay it out somwhere.

2. Mix 1 cup of baking soda per 2 glasses of water or so, just to make it pretty cloudy and Get an old brush

3.Pour the mix over the battery and watch it foam up and neutralize the corrosion.

4. Brush all the hard to get spots with the mix and rinse off with a hose or whatever.

5.Pour more soda water mix till you dont see anymore foaming action, give it a good rinse and your good to go.

Ive been corrosion free for about a year after doing this

use hot water and clean up the terminals real good.
