That's what I've been using.</TD></TR></TABLE>ive been using the one designed for a lawnmower for over a year now, it weighs in at 12.5lbs and has 10 more ccas than what the starter needs. much better than the 32lb. stock battery and much cheaper than the 'race' batteries. mine cost $25 i had to get creative with the terminals, but it is still a clean and secure setup. it saved more weight than the carbon fiber hood that i had too.

if your into systems and bling though, dont listen to a word i said.

Yeah, I looked on your carweb site and saw no engine bay pics.

Nice car though. I like 'em clean looking like that. Plus, my first EG Si was that color. The EG Si I have now is black, nice but not as pretty of a paint job. It'll soon be going to MACCO to get a cheapie paint job and clean up.

you can go to the home appliance section, take a scale to the automotive section, then weigh each of the batteries even. it just takes a little fudging with the terminals if you get something thats not designed for a car.

there is no need for race batteries or the optima/hawker whatever. those things cost 3x the amount and do the same exact thing.

scuzz: thanks for the compliments on the car i try, but i definitely wish my hatch was black....
