Default Basic guide to B series...

I'm usually in the Accord forum but i'm thinking of selling my Accord and going with a Del Sol or an EG hatch.

I've read the FAQ but it's not very definite on what choices I should make.

I want to buy an engine and tranny and then get a shell to work with.

The B16a's are more cost effective, but the B18s always end up making more power.

Is there a site that has the different specifications for B series engines? ie, hp, tq, gear ratio, compression, etc for each engine variant?

Also, which is going to be easier to see power with in the long run? I would leave it mostly stock, then build internals, then boost it. What would be a better choice for me to start from?

I know the basics from the Accord so I wont be wasting money, i'd just like a good foundation to start from.

Thanks for your help!
