BAR Sticker Problems.
So when I was in Iraq, I had a B16 SiR-II engine dropped into my 92 civic hatch. The time is now for me to get it smogged so I can have it registered and everything all taken care of. They won't smog me without a BAR sticker and I can't get the inspection done to get it because it's a japanese motor. Anyone else have this problem? Can anyone help me?

Re: BAR Sticker Problems. (wicca_eagle)
I got my Sir-II swap (93 Si) inspected and BAR'd in March.
It is possible. I had to drop cash on a usdm p30 ecu, new cat, tune-up with platinum or iridium plugs, usdm or carb legal intake manifold, purge valve and various vacuum lines. That's about all I can think of right now.
