Default balljoints

well i just replaced my lower balljoints in my 94 honda civic with moog balljoints. and i was driving it around today and noticed it is still making the balljoint popping noise any help?

theres only one lower balljoint. and both boots were ripped on my lowerballjoints so i dont see how it could of been the wrong one.

Just because your boot is ripped, doesnt mean the balljoint is bad.

So, are you sure your lower ball joints were bad?

well even if they were not bad i replaced them with new ones. and the upped i dunno whats the best way to check those out. that sucks if they are cause dont you have to buy the whole upper control arm assembly to get those?

Yes, thats true.
The majority of the time, its the upper joint that causes the clunking sound while driving, not the lower.
Just put the car up and look at them, and check for excessive movement (as as the lowers, really).
I suggest you do it soon, because you dont want them to give while driving....

well im installing adj. upper control arms this weekend so that should fix it
