Balljoint Issue - Top Plate Interchangeability
A few years back I had a brake conversion done on my EJ6 and I put on integra front and rear disks(at that time I didnt do my homework).
So the problem is that my upper and lower balljoints are finished and need to be changed. The problem is that I dont know if I have civic or integra ones. Sounds dumb but with all the confusion from all the threads, im not even sure if he kept the top plate from the civic or the teg, or the knuckle from either car. I even think he put on the rear LCA, UCA and compensator arms fron the DC which I recently discovered affect suspension geometry.
So basically, Im not sure what is right and what is wrong. Ive been reading alot about what parts need to go where and so far my car has been running great, no camber problems or alignment issues. So the problem isnt dramatic but I would like to know if the top plates and balljoints are interchangeable.
Thanks for all the help you can give,
im still doing searches on what brake parts need to be kept or interchanged.

I don't know/care what an EJ8 is. Is that an EK or EG? Stop being so HT correct (****).
DC upper arms are the same as EG upper arms.

Is the top plate from an EK the same as the of a DC?
What parts are necessary for the front brake conversion? Can I swap back my old EK top plates back on?
