ball joint/control arm install help
i had to get a new wheel bearing pressed in, so i had to take my entire front right suspension on. Now im putting everything back on, and i cant get the two ball joints that u have to put a nut on to stop spinning while im trying to ratchet. I dont have access to air tools right now, so are there any other methods to tightening the nuts on the ball joints

for the lower ball joint, use a jack and jack up the LCA to put pressure on it. try tightening it and if it keeps spinning, jack it more till you can tighten it to where you want it.

With the car on jackstands, place your jack under the LCA.
Jack up the LCA until the car barely starts to lift.
Have sombody press down with all their weight on the rotor while you torque the nut down.
If you can't even get the nut bottom out BEFORE the balljoint starts spinning, you probably have a damaged balljoint stud, or castle nut (threads are jacked up).
