baking headlights?
i have only heard about this.. does anyone actually do this, bake your headlights to make them grey intstead of crome? anyone have any pics? and if it is true how do i do it with my 99 civic headlights?

i've never heard ppl baking them to change the color but i'm sure i've never heard a lot of things that are out there. ppl DO bake their headlights to clean the inside though.

You're missing a step in this process. People "bake" the headlights in order to soften the sealing adhesive and separate the lens from the rest of the housing. Once this is done, they paint the inner chrome surrounds whatever colour they're using, and then reassemble and reseal the headlights.

ive done this to two sets of headlights and they come out great just be sure you have enough sealent in between when u seal them up so moisture doesnt get in
