Default Bad valves or timing problem,or something

I was driving my car to pick up some parts, normally doing 65. The incline part of the highway was approaching so I decided to downshift to 4th, car felt like it had no power. I didn't hear or felt anything strange. After exiting the car started idling rough like it was misfiring and the rpms was fluctuating. Drove the car back home really slow.

The same day I diagnosed the car, checked wires, plugs, fuel, grounds, and any other thing I can think of. I even swaped dizzy's. Still nothing

Second day, I checked all the sensors, by swapping out my friends and mine. Set car at tdc and checked timing (ok). Forgot to mention on the above that when I took my plugs out , plugs 1,2,4 were somewhat black not grayish and #3 was cleaner than the three other than being a little soaked (not oil) IDK..

Third day, decided to clean with tb cleaner. Somewhat holding idle but still fluctuates onces in while. The car still sounds like its not running on all 4 cylinders. I am running out of ideas. Peaple say, I might have jumped a tooth, or might have a weak injector. Please help. (btw whats strange about this is there are no cels whatsoever.)
