Default bad timing problems

OK so while we were trying to get the crank pully off the bar that we had holding it slipped and resulted in the crank moving. We thought that we got it back in the right spot but when we try and start the car we get nothing. What can we do to get the motor to start. We are figuring that its at least 90 degrees out of time but don't know how to go about fixing it. Its a D15 from a 94DX if that helps any. I did a search but couldnt find anybody with this problem.

Do the timing marks line up?

Line up the crank TDC mark with the little arrows on the lower timing cover, and then line up the cam TDC mark on the little pointer that extends out below the cam gear, then put your belt on. Double check to make sure it's all lined up.

I have done that but we are still getting nothing. Is it possible that the crank could be 180 degrees out of time?
