Default Bad Oxygen sensor?

I'm getting code 41 and is the only code left to clear. well what I don't understand is that I put this o2 sensor in about 2800 Miles ago by Bosch, could it possibly need to only be cleaned? Its the one on the header.

Is there a crack in your exhaust manifold? If so, this will give you a code 41 as well. And don't use bosch because they're sh*t. You can get an OEM one with the connector at denso.com.
