Default bad news on the track guys....

i`m frustrated from a side but happy from the other...
the bad news are that went yesterday to the track to see how my all motor ls vtec do. in my first run, already warmed up pretty nice -holy nice *** grip there- felt like my eg was going to tear appart in pieces.... so... lined up an revved up to 3000 on street tires and the third yellow flashed i launched and guess what? my left axle broke from where it attaches to the half axle. and i`m happy cause i know that the **** has i lot of powers though.
by the way here`s my eg and the engine`s shot. oh and the axle is from pepboys , lifetime guarantee so i`m ok with that.

I dunno man, what do you have that would make your car so powerful?

1st gen head/intake, just asking......oh yeah, about the axles, they are lifetime warranty, but still crap.

my friend that did the swap for me has the same engine with same stuff but in a crx but running on alcohol... and his time is 11.62@111mph and has the same axles and haven`t broken one ever.. and he has done like 30 or 40 passes since the car was finished... it`s a drag car too on slicks..'
so i`d say that the axle i got for sure had something deffective.

i know what ya mean... but i ain`t talking about on which yellow you launch cause i don`t give a **** on reaction cause i`m wasn`t running against anybody. so reaction isn`t an issue here... i`m talking about the broken axle.

i`ll take a pic later... there`s no gap between the wheel and the hub cause i sanded the hell out of it and they look even better cause i used to have them mounted on 13`s steelies first... so i sanded to match the 13`s so on 14`s are cake
