Going to Turbo the B16
ok so i am going to turbo my B16a2 just a couple of Q's before i buy the turbo kit. ok i want the sick a$* blow off valve that the supras have so when you rev it it makes that 3 step blow off and when you shift is is loud as he!l. also i am stuck between kits i have about 2500 for a kit and i can get some for about 2000 hear not sure what kit to get i can install the turbo myself i have the ability to use a shop. thanks guys O btw if ya can post a link to get the blow off valve that would be great

i think the 3-step blow off sound you're thinking of is because the car is not in full boost and there's not enough air pressure going out the blow off valve to make the full pshhh noise... so it just makes a sh sh sh sh noise
like my sound effects?? lol best i could think up... it's too late guys don't give me greif about that

the bov your talking about is the HKS ssq one its hits the mad notes

ah there it is... i heard it was pretty crazy sounding never really heard it though except youtube vids... i like the greddy rs and the blitz one that i have... it's on my friend's car right now just wanted to hear it

My D series had a diaphragm bov. I never really had problems but the synapse seems to take the lead. I'd go Synapse synchronic heres a link to a streetfire clip diaphragm vs synchronic on an s2000. good quality. http://videos.streetfire.net/v...5.htm
