Default Bad idleing please help

I have a 98 itr motor bought brand new from dealer got about 5000 miles on it with a 2000 itr head arond 40000 miles in my eg hatch. Everthing is stock except for the i/h/e and kenji ecu. As i was driving one day i decided to practice my launch from a stop. My car was driving in perfect conditon until this point. So when i drove it i missed fourth, in doing so i rev the engine pretty high, then the car sounded like it was knocking. I thought i blew my engine cause of the way it sounded, but then i notice my fly wheel was loose so i fixed that. Now when i turn the car on it idles real low like around 800 rpm and sounds like it wants to turn off. I can also hear that the valves got louder. Do you all think it can be a bent valve. I went ahead and did a compression test these are the #'s 210 125 210 210. Well if anyone knows what can possibly be let me know thanks. I also put a cap of oil in that one cylinder compression went to 210.

A bent valve is very possible especially because of the mis-shift. Does the car still perform right? Those compression test numbers show that there is definately something wrong with that one cylinder. I'd take it apart and make sure there are no bent valves or your just going to make the situation worse.

The car to me still performs well still has power just wondering what is actually wrong with the idling. To me it sounds like its off timing but check that its on timing. My main concern is that one cylinder.

i was with him when this all happened.

the car still pulls like there is nothing wrong with it. the valves are pretty loud though now when you rev it at idle. i did a valve job for him and the valves are still loud. it may just be the valves for the one cyl though, not to sure.
