Bad e-brake.
My e-brake is pretty shitty. My I never used it before besides parking but last night my friend was being a jackass and yanked it going about 30 and i barely slowed down...It felt more like a fat kid jumped on the back of my car than a break.
What can i do to fix this.

92 DX, Im not sure.. But my breaks are great, so im going to go tighten the cable. You do this buy removing the cover and then just pulling it tighter?
