Bad cv boot on my H22 civic???
i have place racing stage 2? axles in my h22 hatch, jsut got it runnin the other day and it makes a popping noise when i turn left. i have had a bad axle before and i was wondering what i can do about it. Can i jsut get a cv boot repair kit at a parts store i do i have to go through place racing and buy a special kit.....hopefully not a whole damn axle

make sure the car isnt lower then 2" or even like 1.75...sometimes when h22s are in civics being to low puts real bad stress on the axels...jsut what ive heard...so make sure ur not to low first off...

i have a h22 eg hatch with hasport mounts and the location of the motor related to the axles sometimes causes a popping nosie, but u could always try taking out the axle and seeing if its in peices far as barings go

Do you have the correct axles on there? Which imtermmediate shaft are you using. Sounds like your CVs are binding.....not a good thing.
I have HASport mounts & Neuspeed's race springs. It's LOW. But, no binding whatsoever.
