Default Bad bearing noise coming from D16y8

hey guy,
at first i thought it was my water pump making that noise so a changed it. but still a hear that strange noise coming out of the engine. when i am at the first gear i can hear the noise at say 4, 5, 6rpm. also at the 2 and 3rd gear. in neutral i can hear it to when at high rpms. the sounds like an airco bearing or power-steering bearing is gone bad like woooooo at high rpm.
but i disconnected the airco powersteering and he alternator belts still that sound. also put the new water-pump and tensioner and the old timing belt still in there

what an the sound be???

thanx in advance

Do you have any way or recording the sound to help us get a better idea? Also when sitting idle and the car running when you turn the steering whell do you hear the noise? With powersteering thats usually where you'll get that type of noise but since you replaced it you should be good. Last question do you have ac on the car? If so have you tried to pull tha belt since you said you pulled the others and the noise was still there?

You also must mention the car in question.
