Default Backup lights not working

Hi, I just swapped in a 98 ex floor harness into my 99 cx hatch for power windows. The connectors where different from the front and where the back seat is. I had to splice all of the wires from each connector together. Everything worked fine until i tried to reverse and there was no reverse lights. checked the fuses and all. myabe the fuse box connector is different than on the 98 than the 99? what do you guys think is wrong?
