backed up; hit muffler real hard!
guys, could you clear this up for me. last week as i was backing up(real fast) i hit a curb real hard. i came out and take a look and saw some scrapes on the bottom edge of muffler.
could this effect anything? please help ease my mind- thank you.

your fine. that sucks though.
my friend jose had a town car that was DUMPED. haha but he would hit every bump on the road. completely dented and flattened out his muffler tips.
im sure if you really put a big dent in it, then it might effect the flow of your exhaust but if its just a scrape then it is fine

oh yea, one more thing i forgot to mentioned. i replaced my drums last month, stupid me forgot to put the hand brake down. i smashed the drum with a hammer(must've been like 20 times)on the driver side. when i take a look inside, i was like oh ****!
could this have effected anything?
thanks for your quick response guys!

mine has scrapes all over it and it sounds like it did.
if you crack it could cause it leaking
im confused you hit the drums with a jack hammer!?
and then you looked inside of the brakes?
