Back to Honda
Well after having the problems with the Spec-V, i took it to the dealership last night, we talked to the store owner and told him about all the problems we had, including the horrible customer service. They offered to give me a new Spec-V but they only had red, plus i just wasnt happy with Nissan. We told the owner that our experiance with Nissan so far was horrible. So he offered to unwind the deal!
So i went to Honda and bought a Silver 2002 Civic EX. I love it!!! Even though it is so slow compared to the Spec-V, i still like it alot better. I figured with the $$$ i saved going with the Civic i could supercharge it
So once again im changing my user name

Re: Back to Honda (WRCivicsSiandEX)
sorry to hear bout your troubles,, i wouldnt mod it either.....save your dough for a engine swap, or buy a hatch , or Eg and swap a monster motor into that....its vert convienient at times to have a daily driver , and a weekend toy
saves wear and tear on the car that actually needs to last a long time

Re: Back to Honda (Silver02Civic)
hey congrats on getting a car that wont have problems right away! no supercharger for it is planned... HKS does have a turbocharged one, but its been around for a while and yet it still hasnt seen light of day beyond being a prototype. you can always load it up with DC Sports parts, though... and not to mention make it look pimp.

From what I have heard the civic is hard to make fast or mod for that matter. I heard that the civic was made for daily driving rather then racing, well jessica prove them wrong girl =]. In time just swap a type S motor in that baby and whoop some ***!!! hehe.. Well Good luck girl, if you need any information or help just let us know. And Good Luck with the new car. And Remember.. ALWAYS WEAR YOUR SEATBELTS!!!!

Re: Back to Honda (dom93hatch)
if ur planning on a JRSC dont go so crazy in the mods. yet cuz some arent so compatable with their blowers..their blowers are set up to run on a OEM set up and minimal amount of intake and exhaust mods are necessary...JRSC

Re: Back to Honda (Silver02Civic)
I knew it! You will not find anyone in japan willing to buy the V-spec unless its a GTR. Its just an oogly car.. the more you try to mod it the more you regret spending money on it... not a cool car.
Congrats on the Honda.

Re: Back to Honda (DxHatchback)
i guess it had some electrical problems......the blinkers would blink really fast, then really slow, and the headlights would go bright and dim. It was a fun car and very fast but honestly i thought it was ugly...and the red seats were already getting to me.
Im happier with my Civic even though its alot slower.
